Prenatal Recommendations

We hold prenatal specific classes and workshops at different times throughout the year, but here are the classes on our regular class schedule that our many expectant moms have benefitted from:

Gentle Beginners

Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 11am
Monday/Wednesday with Christy Linson
Friday with Tara Temple

Candelight Restorative

Tuesday at 7:30pm with Tara Temple

Beginner Level 1

Tuesday at 11am with Bill Amos

Aligned Flow® Beginners

Saturday at 10am with Christy Linson
This is an active class and is recommended for those expectant moms who have had a yoga practice prior to becoming pregnant.

Each of these teachers is well prepared to support you and offer you modifications as your baby grows!

Please let the teacher know before class starts that you are expecting and how far along you are in your pregnancy so they can best support you in your practice!
